A book on nutrition in orbit

Nutrition Book – How astronauts eat in Space (Come mangiano gli astronauti nello Spazio) is a divulgative study book on the topic of nutrition in space, with references to experimentations and research projects in this context. The book is mainly targeted at students and teachers from primary and lower secondary schools. “Nutrition Book” was created by the NASA and the ASI supervised its Italian edition, based on an agreement with the American space agency.
