28 July 2022

Conduct your experiment at the Large Diameter Centrifuge Facility at ESTEC through the Access to Space for All-HyperGES programme by  the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs and the European Space Agency!

Experiments in hypergravity environment can be used to advance research in different scientific fields such as biology, medicine, material science and fluid dynamics and represent an achievable entry point to acquire new knowledge and technology.

This round, teams who send in the “Expression of Interest” will have a chance for 1 on 1 technical consultation sessions with UNOOSA/ESA to make your application better!

Application Details

Deadline for “Expression of Interest”: 31 July 2022 23:59 CEST

Deadline for final applications: 18 November 2022 23:59 CET

Please find the details and documents for the Announcement of Opportunity here.

To know more about experiments in hypergravity/microgravity, please check out a series of webinars that we had last year “Conducting R&D in Hypergravity/Microgravity”

With the 9 webinars, we covered the basics of hypergravity/microgravity, how to conduct experiments and what kind of things you can do in different scientific fields etc.
