The Memorandum was signed during the 76th edition of the International Astronautical Congress
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and European Space Agency (ESA) invite individuals to apply for membership in a new science committee - the Mars Sample Return Campaign Science Group (MCSG). To respond to this solicitation a letter of application of not more than two-pages is needed by 26 April 2022.
