On August 13, 2019 a delegation of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Space Agency (KSA) visited the Broglio Space Center (BSC) in Malindi for a study visit to the base.

They were welcomed by the BSC Manager on duty, Munzer Jahjah, and the Honorary Consul of Italy in Malindi, Ivan Del Prete.

The program was divided into a complete view of the two segments (marine and land), followed by a presentation concerning the activities in progress at the base (programs, agreements, cooperation).

The delegation of Kenya, composed of 18 people, was led by the president of the KSA, Maj. Gen. James KT Aruasa, from the Assistant Chief of Defense Forces Operation, Gen. Adan Mulata, from the Ag. DG / CEO Dr. John N. Kimani, renewed the interest for the continuation of the appreciated collaboration with the Space Agency Italian on a wide range of activities of common interest.
