"Space for the Citizen". With this slogan the Italian Space Agency (ASI), in cooperation with the Japanese Space Agency (JAXA), has realized the "Italy in Space" Project, in the framework of the Italian Spring in Japan. In particular, the exhibition "Dalla Terra ai confini dell'Universo" (From the Earth to the edge of the Universe), opened on May 18, 2007, at the same time as the JAXA Exhibition in the same venues.

The Italian Space Agency introduced itself in a 350 square meters itinerary, a virtual journey from the Earth to the Moon, Mars and beyond.
