14° Marcel Grossman Meeting

Rome, 12-18 July

The Fourteenth Marcel Grossmann Meeting on Recent Developments in Theoretical and Experimental General Relativity, Gravitation, and Relativistic Field Theory (MG14), celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Einstein equations as well as the International Year of Light under the aegis of the United Nations will take place in Rome "Sapienza" University from July 12 to 18, 2015.

The MG meetings were named after Marcel Grossman, a Hungarian mathematician, and founded in 1975 by Remo Ruffini and Abdus Salam with the aim of reviewing developments in gravitation and general relativity with major emphasis on mathematical foundations and physical predictions.

During the six day conference a wide variety of topics will be discussed in the morning plenary sessions ranging from mathematical and quantum aspects of gravity to precision tests of general relativity, from relativistic astrophysics to cosmology and astroparticle physics, from the latest scientific news on going activities to the history of relativity.

Afternoons will be devoted to parallel sessions focussing on the recent and active trends in the field. The Italian Space Agency will take part in the conference.

On-line registration is now open, please click here. Deadline for early registration is May 25th 2015.
